For our pasta factory, the quality of the raw materials has always been a fundamental element for obtaining excellent results, because the quality of the product depends on their quality.
The raw materials we use are directly researched and purchased by us, among the best available on the market. They are checked upon arrival by our biologist who verifies compliance with the standards indicated in the suppliers' technical data sheets and are stored, depending on the type, in dedicated storage cells.
We use raw materials for our dough that almost always come directly from the original places of production and are guaranteed by the DOP (Protected Designation of Origin) certifications. These are purchased whole and processed internally.
Sometimes the raw materials are purchased from the company directly from the producer, as for example it can happen with flour or potato starch.
